For unused products made in fixed sizes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
However, for made-to-measure and custom-made products, we do not accept returns. This is because these products are developed and tested together with the customer to ensure a perfect fit and design that meets their unique requirements.

We process returns as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers. Once we have received your returned product and have confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition, we will process your refund.
Please note that refunds for returned products made in fixed sizes will be credited to the customer’s bank account linked to the payment used at the time of purchase. This process typically takes 4-5 business days, depending on the bank’s processing times.
For made-to-measure and custom-made products, we do not offer refunds as these products are tailored to the customer’s unique specifications and requirements. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your custom-made product, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
